CEO & President Tyler Merritt was a Special Operations Air Mission Commander and MH-60 Pilot, a Master Aviator and Bronze Star Recipient. But when his military career was over, he wanted to find a way to keep serving his country. Operating out of his garage in 2012, he set out to create something more than a brand – something that could bridge the military civilian divide. Now, Nine Line is operating coast to coast, with its own brand recognition as well as with huge partners, and is able to achieve its mission of giving back to veterans, their families, and the communities they serve.

Nine Line’s competitive advantage in building and scaling “Brand Presence” is through its streamlined strategic process.
We specialize in value-added manufacturing, utilizing partnerships for “blanks” and in-house design, print, and embroidery to finish products. Every thread is ethically sourced, and we’re deeply focused on sustainable manufacturing practices.
Our process allows us to sell through a mixture of online direct-to-customer, wholesale, co-branded retail, Nine Line retail, and private-label. And through our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) expertise, an increasing number of brands is partnering with us to manage their product production, retail inventory, merchandising systems, and product marketing.

We’ve upped our game in manufacturing to meet this demand and to support all the partners who want to work with us – purchasing ATLAS MAX DTG equipment that will enhance our daily production.
With this raise, we’ll aim to expand our U.S.-based manufacturing capabilities even further, implement advanced robotic technology, and open more retail locations in and around military bases throughout the country.

In 2013 we created the Nine Line Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to meeting the financial and specialized needs of severely injured soldiers and their families. Through the foundation, we’ve been able to offer a lifeline to veterans once they return stateside.
We’re currently at work on two veterans villages in Savannah, GA and in Brunswick, GA that will provide transitional housing and educational opportunities, including an aquaponics training center, for homeless veterans. Our community needs us, and we are answering the call.

Chief Revenue Officer
Aaron Johnson oversees and drives Nine Line’s core revenue engines—marketing, eCommerce, retail, and wholesale—ensuring cohesive growth across all channels. He partners closely with product development to align launches with market demand, supports retail stores through targeted promotions and in-store merchandising strategy, and expands wholesale opportunities by strengthening partner relationships and optimizing sell-through. On the digital side, he leads the full eCommerce operation, from site experience to conversion optimization, while strategically managing the digital advertising budget to maximize ROI and scale customer acquisition.
Myles Andrew Burke
Chief Operating Officer
Myles Burke oversees daily operations within the Company.
He's an operations leader with a background in data-driven execution and creative strategy. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from SCAD and brings prior experience in the automotive industry as a digital marketing and design specialist, blending analytical rigor with strong creative and brand instincts.
Jenessa Winter Broderick
Vice President of Retail
Develop and execute strategy for store development & operations for existing store portfolio. Create brand standards, guidelines, processes and efficiencies to ensure the model is profitable and positions the company to scale. Lead store operations and development strategy for corporate and joint venture stores.
Damon Clive Lansdell Paine
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Strategic planning and oversight of the development and tactical implementation of new and current digital marketing initiatives. Provide effective guidance and direction in operations and expansion utilizing a unique knowledge of Nine Line Apparel's proprietary IP and technology. Marketing strategist specializing in omni-channel growth, process optimization, and tech-driven execution. Expert at scaling brands, streamlining operations, leveraging cross-functional teams, and implementing high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
Sherry L. Sikes
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Ms. Sikes is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Nine Line Apparel, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, cash flow management and financial reporting.
